Skillify’s goal is to help our clients better design and customize their online courses, and education and training programs to be more successful—and therefore more marketable and profitable.
To this end, learning must result in the acquisition of new knowledge and skills. And these in turn, must translate into customer professional and financial success—such as a new career or business, a better job, position or business, or an increase in salary or revenue. And the sooner the better: preferably within three to six months.

To get customers from learning to doing and from doing to earning, in the most direct, efficient and cost-effective way possible, we target factors most critical to customers in choosing online courses, using quantitative measures such as success metrics and usability testing. Our measures can be used as descriptive, predictive and/or prescriptive tools, and help answer questions like: why didn’t it work; what can make it work better; or will it work and for whom?
Our tools benefit both developers-educators and customers-learners alike, by enhancing course content, learning platforms and marketing efforts; and reducing costs that occur as a result of redevelopment, reconstruction or attrition.
